All bookings require a deposit to be placed on them at the time of reservation. Without a deposit, we are unable to make you a booking. The minimum deposit payable is equivalent to one night’s stay.
Peak and mid season bookings require full payment to be paid by an assigned date (which is approximately 2 months prior to holiday season commencing). Once full payment has been made you are committed to the nights you have booked. No credit or refund will be given should you choose to make an early departure. Should you need to cancel your booking, prior to full payment, your initial deposit will be lost as it is non refundable and non transferable.
Cancellations occurring after full payment has been received, will result in the money being paid being transferred for a future stay at Port Broughton Caravan Park within 12 months from your cancellation date, minus a cancellation fee. Please note you can only defer your booking once.
Low season bookings are able to be transferred or cancelled only if two (2) weeks’ notice prior to arrival is given. We must receive a letter or email to be able to refund to a credit card, prior to any refund. Deferring can only happen once with any booking and if the 2nd booking cannot be kept the whole deposit is lost. Any deferred dates must be within 12 months of the original booking date.
