    • Stretch your legs with a self guided tour around Port Broughton. “ Walk Around Port Broughton ” Stroll along our beautiful jetty & watch the sun set or the pelicans glide past
    • Have a picnic on the foreshore while the children play under the shade at the playground
    • Utilise our local library located at the Port Broughton Area School. Relax with a book, tape, video or take advantage of free internet access
    • Pamper yourself with a massage, manicure or polish at “Country Beauty” or get a new ‘do’“Exclusive Hair by Jane”

    • Have a go at Sailing, boating or fishing. The Port Broughton Sailing Club offers a range of activities for Young & old

    • Visit the local Heritage Centre on Passat Drive. This hands-on centre contains many historical papers, photos, articles and a beautiful "Plangon" doll collection. Open by appointment & all holidays
    • Head off for the day to the renowned Clare Valley & sample some wine
    • Take a drive around the Copper Triangle, Home to Moonta, the Wallaroo Marina & the plentiful shopping at Kadina. Whilst in the area check out the Wheal Huges Copper mine
    • Take a short drive to Bute & see the Fauna Park, Bromeliad Nursery or checkout the local crafts at Gunner Bill’s Gallery
    • Visit Clements Gap & read the History of the old shelter & wander around the Soldiers Memorial Church
    • Visit one of the most complex smelting operations in the world at Port Pirie Smelters.

    • Looking for a light snack or coffee & cake? Then checkout “Dock of the Bay” located opposite the Jetty
    • If Alfresco is more your style then try “palate 2 Palette” on Bay Street. This restaurant includes an Art Gallery displaying works of established & emerging Australians
    • Port Broughton has 2 Hotels both located on Bay Street. The Port Broughton Hotel & The Sunnyside Hotel. Both offer Schnitzel nights on Wednesdays, and an extensive menu with daily specials.
    • Check out the Bakery just around the corner from the main street on Mackay Street for fresh bakery products
